What is the difference between a vinyl decal and static cling decal?

Do you have setup fees?

On most items 123Decal has No Setup Fees, sometimes on the 4 color process there could be a one time setup fee. 123Decal does not believe in "Nickel and Diming" you, we provide good products at great prices.

What is the average production time?

Generally production time for 123Decal products is 3-6 Days, there are some products that do require more time to dry and to cure before shipping and due to their printing process may require extra time. NOTE: If you need a product faster then normal or need a rush please let us know and we will do our best to suit.

What is Digital Printing?

Digital printing is a process much like inkjet printer that you use at home or your office. It has ink cartridges and can Print all the Colors in the world, except white. Therefore, if you need digital print, all white will take on the color of the material you use. Also, note that Full Color Process or 4 Color Print can be digital or screen printed. But EVERY digital print is full color. Which is like a photograph and can print all the colors like a photograph.

What is Screen Printing?

Screen Printing is a process in which most items at 123Decal are printed. It's a process that uses screens to etch and images that is later transferred to decals, banners, clothing and many other products. 123Decal uses screen printing due to it's exact and perfect nature. The print generally is very crisp and rich. The process is usually also found to be more environmentally friendly then digital print.

Why is UV Ink so Valuable?

UV Ink in short Ultra Violet Ink. It is valuable for 2 main reasons:

  • a. It's Very durable, it doesn't fade or crack or peel, instead of UV coating, UV ink allows the for the same protection printed directly to the decal without the cost of an additional layer of UV coat.
  • b. UV Ink is seen as the ENVIORMENTALLY Friendly way to print. The alternative solvent inks are generally less expensive, they are known to release toxins into the environment that contribute to destruction to the Ozone layer.
